Long Due Update
Well,
I know that I have not been present in the slightest this summer. I have been trying to get a great deal done in all aspects of my life. As such, my guitar building has slowed, but certainly not stopped. I will have a Steve's GA and a new bass done within a couple of weeks, and then have Pelly's 5 string walnut bass done shortly thereafter. Then Rob's Bryleigh, Drew's GA, Adam's GA, and Corey's GA are all set to follow shortly into the fall.
At that point, I will begin taking orders again, and look for a new batch of guitars for early winter.
Anyway, here is a smattering of work.

Bass Work
Here are a couple of shots of some basses I am working on, including a 4 string singlecut with a gorgeous koa top.
Here, I am installing a headstock back veneer.
This is a vacuum back installation of a black veneer strip which will help define the layering no this 5 string walnut / butternut singlecut.
Closing the Box on Steve's GA
Well, here is a series of pictures on the box closing process for Steve's GA. After this, the guitar comes together rather quickly, as I already have all the remaining pieces made and ready to go. I This really will be a beautiful guitar when it is done.
